iLMS offers multiple options for adding users to the system.

• Users can be added manually as needed individually or in bulk by spreadsheet
• The addition of users can be automated (recommended) using methods such as an LDAP connector which syncs with active directory or a secure FTP connection to update user data via CSV on a regular cadence.

Users can then be organized using Groups.
If additional administrators are needed to manage training, select users can be granted elevated access using Roles
