This category contains information on the creation and management of users within the iLMS.
iLMS offers multiple options for adding users to the system.
Users can be added manually as needed individually or in bulk by spreadsheet
The addition of users can be automated (recommended) using methods such as an LDAP connector which syncs with active directory or a secure FTP connection to update user data via CSV on a regular cadence.
Users can then be organized using Groups.
If additional administrators are needed to manage training, select users can be granted elevated access using Roles
